# Policy Term Description
1Eligibility for RefundRefunds are applicable only for services that have not been fully rendered or for equipment returned in original condition within the specified period.
2Request WindowCustomers must submit refund requests within 15 days of service activation or product delivery. Requests beyond this period may not be processed.
3Proof of PurchaseAll refund requests must include valid invoices or receipts as proof of subscription or equipment purchase.
4Service CancellationIf a customer cancels a subscription before the billing cycle ends, partial refunds may be processed after deducting service fees.
5Equipment ReturnAll rented set-top boxes, remotes, and other equipment must be returned in proper working condition for a full refund to be processed.
6Damaged EquipmentRefunds may be reduced if equipment is damaged, missing, or tampered with, as assessed by Vijaya Prabha Cable TV staff.
7Non-Refundable ChargesInstallation charges, late fees, or service activation fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer.
8Refund Processing TimeApproved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval, depending on the payment method.
9Payment ModeRefunds will be issued using the same payment method used during the original subscription or purchase unless otherwise agreed.
10Promotional ServicesServices availed under promotional offers or discounts may have specific conditions regarding refunds and may not be eligible for full reimbursement.
11Technical IssuesRefunds due to service interruptions, network issues, or technical problems will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be prorated.
12Unauthorized RequestsRefund requests made by unauthorized parties or without proper account verification will be rejected for security reasons.
13Account ClosureIf a subscriber closes their account voluntarily, refunds for unused services will be processed after deducting applicable fees.
14Multiple SubscriptionsIf a subscriber has multiple subscriptions, refunds will be calculated individually for each service or package.
15Dispute ResolutionAny disputes regarding refunds will be resolved as per Vijaya Prabha Cable TV’s customer service escalation process.
16Partial Service RefundIf a service was partially used, refunds may be prorated based on usage and the remaining subscription period.
17Subscription UpgradesNo refunds will be provided for subscription upgrades; balance adjustments may be applied to the next billing cycle.
18Refund RejectionsRefund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria will be rejected, and the subscriber will be informed via email or SMS.
19Fraudulent RequestsRequests identified as fraudulent or misleading will not be entertained and may result in account suspension.
20Force MajeureVijaya Prabha Cable TV is not liable for refunds due to disruptions caused by natural disasters, strikes, or other uncontrollable events.
21CommunicationAll refund communications will be sent via registered email or SMS. Subscribers must ensure contact details are up-to-date.
22Refund ConfirmationSubscribers will receive a confirmation notification once a refund has been approved and processed.
23Feedback RequirementThe company may request feedback or reason for service cancellation before processing refunds.
24Non-TransferableRefunds are non-transferable and must be claimed only by the subscriber whose account or service was originally registered.
25Policy UpdatesVijaya Prabha Cable TV reserves the right to update or modify the Return & Refund Policy at any time. Subscribers will be notified of significant changes.
