1 Subscription Agreement By subscribing to Vijaya Prabha Cable TV services, the customer agrees to abide by all terms and conditions outlined in this document, including payment policies, service usage rules, and equipment handling guidelines.
2 Service Coverage Service availability is determined by the customer’s location and the network infrastructure in the area. Vijaya Prabha Cable TV reserves the right to modify coverage without prior notice.
3 Usage Policy Subscribers must not tamper with cables, set-top boxes, or other equipment. Misuse, illegal distribution, or reselling of service is strictly prohibited and may result in termination.
4 Payment Terms All subscription fees must be paid on or before the due date. Late payments may incur penalties or temporary suspension of services until full payment is received.
5 Refund Policy Refunds, if applicable, will follow the company’s refund policy. Early termination of service may attract service charges, and refunds may be adjusted accordingly.
6 Equipment Ownership All equipment provided, including set-top boxes, remote controls, and cables, remain the property of Vijaya Prabha Cable TV. Equipment must be returned upon service cancellation or replacement.
7 Installation Guidelines Installation is performed only by authorized technicians. Customers must provide access to the premises and ensure the safety of equipment and personnel during installation.
8 Content Access Subscribers will have access to channels and services as per the chosen plan. Attempting to access unauthorized or premium channels without subscription is strictly prohibited.
9 Service Interruption Technical issues, weather conditions, or network maintenance may cause temporary interruptions. Vijaya Prabha Cable TV will make reasonable efforts to restore services promptly but is not liable for downtime.
10 Plan Modification Subscribers can upgrade, downgrade, or customize their subscription plans at any time. Changes will be effective immediately and billed accordingly.
11 Data Privacy Subscriber information collected for billing and service purposes will be kept confidential and used only for service-related communications.
12 Account Security Subscribers are responsible for keeping their account credentials confidential. Unauthorized use of another subscriber’s account may lead to service termination.
13 Channel Packages All channels and packages are subject to availability. Channels may be added, removed, or replaced without prior notice depending on licensing agreements.
14 Multi-TV Setup Vijaya Prabha Cable TV supports multiple TVs in a single location. Additional subscriptions or equipment may be required to access full services on all TVs.
15 Customer Support 24/7 support is available via phone, WhatsApp, or email. Support includes technical assistance, service tracking, and complaint resolution.
16 Liability Limit The company is not liable for indirect damages, losses, or interruptions beyond its control. Compensation is limited to the subscription charges paid by the customer.
17 Third-Party Content Some content may be provided by third parties. Vijaya Prabha Cable TV is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or quality of third-party content.
18 Compliance Subscribers must comply with all local laws and regulations while using the services. Illegal activities using the cable service are prohibited.
19 Force Majeure The company is not responsible for service delays or interruptions caused by natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond reasonable control.
20 Service Termination Vijaya Prabha Cable TV reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for violation of terms, non-payment, or illegal activities without prior notice.
21 Changes to Terms The company may modify these terms at any time. Subscribers will be notified via email, website, or SMS. Continued use of service constitutes acceptance.
22 Promotional Offers Promotions, discounts, or special packages are valid only for specified periods and subject to change or withdrawal without prior notice.
23 Late Payment Fees Late payments may attract additional charges or suspension of service. Subscribers are responsible for ensuring timely payments.
24 Installation Charges Some services may require installation fees. These charges will be communicated upfront before the installation process begins.
25 Feedback & Complaints Subscribers can provide feedback or lodge complaints through our official channels. We strive to address all concerns promptly and efficiently.
